Q1 Utility Payments Due July 17th

Earlier this year, the payment due date for Quarter 1 (January 1 – March 31) utility bills was extended from 30 to 90 days after the billing date.

The District is reminding residents that the due date for Q1 payments is July 17th.

A 10% penalty will apply to all late payments as established by Bylaws No. 1213 and 1214 regarding water and sewer utility rates.

Quarter 2 (April 1 – June 30) utility bills will be sent in late July, and the payment due date will not be extended beyond 30 days.

Property Tax Due Dates

The tax due date of July 2, 2020 remains in place for all property classes. However, no late payment penalty will be applied until October 1, 2020, after which a 10% penalty will apply.

In order for the District to meet cash flow needs required to provide essential services to the community, the District is asking taxpayers, where possible, to pay by the due date of July 2, 2020.
