Chair Yoga (55+)
Chair Yoga focuses on functional movement, building strength, mobility and balance. Breathwork and meditative principles are also practiced to strengthen your nervous, respiratory, and cardiovascular systems to support age-related changes. This low-impact class is suitable for all mature bodies 55 or better. There are a few cancellation dates, and the group will be informed in advance closer to the date.
