
Chair Yoga (55+)
Chair Yoga focuses on functional movement, building strength, mobility and balance. Breathwork and meditative principles are also practiced with the intention to strengthen your nervous, respiratory, cardiovascular systems to support age-related
changes. This low-impact class is suitable for all mature bodies 55 or better. There are a few cancellation dates, and group will be informed in advance closer to the date.
