Participants can expect creative, varied classes, with a selection of props available to help achieve objectives. All levels are welcome, as modifications and progressions will be provided. Exercise mats and equipment will be provided accordingly.

Your Instructor: Marijah Udovicki has been instructing in Tofino for over a decade. With a background in diverse training methods, she welcomes beginners and those looking to reach the next level of their fitness journey.
