Pilates
The Pilates Method utilizes flexibility, strength and coordination to the greatest advantage. Participants can expect creative, varied classes, with a selection of props available to help achieve objectives. All levels are welcome, as modifications and progressions will be provided. Exercise mats and equipment will be provided accordingly.
