
Restorative Yoga
Restorative yoga is an excellent practice for promoting relaxation and mindfulness. In this practice, we will be holding restful yoga poses for extended periods supported by props like blocks, blankets, and bolsters, allowing the body to release deep tension without strain. This slower pace encourages a deep connection between body and mind, fostering a meditative environment.
Mats and props will be provided.
