Strength, Movement, & Mobility (55+)
These sessions complement Chair Yoga and is tailored to mature bodies that are working on building strength and mobility to support them through age-related changes. Students will have the
option to work from a chair and/or a combination of floor and wall-supported work. Expect options for all body types, variations for weight bearing/joint sensitivities and time for questions and discussion.
