Walking Club

Join Tofino’s Community Paramedic, Alex, for a walking group every Thursday afternoon from 1:00-2:00pm. The group will meet at the Tofino Community Hall where coffee, tea and snacks will be available. If the weather is nice, we will walk the Tonquin trail towards the water treatment plant and back. If the weather is poor, we will do exercises in the Community Hall.

This walking group is open to all ages but tailored towards the senior community. Walks will be at a leisurely pace and may involve rest periods.
