
Wind Down Yoga
This gentle, floor-based practice is designed to release tension and quiet the mind. In the first half, we move through soothing, accessible stretches designed to release tension and soften tightness in the body. The second half invites you into stillness with longer restorative holds, supported by props, allowing the nervous system to settle and the mind to quiet.
Mats and props will be provided.
