Please be advised that the section of the Tonquin Trail leading from Tofino Community Hall to Tonquin Beach remains temporarily closed due to construction activities at the Headwaters apartment buildings.

It is anticipated that this trail section will reopen in October 2024.

Please respect all posted signage in the area and refrain from accessing this section of the trail.

Alternative access to Tonquin Beach is available through the trailheads at Tonquin Park Road & at Leighton Way and Peterson Drive.
