Property Tax Due Date July 4, 2023
If you haven't received your tax notice in the mail yet, please contact the District Office. ⁠Property Tax Notices cover the period from January 1 to December 31 of the 2022 calendar year.

There are multiple ways to pay:

  • ⁠Online Banking⁠
  • Mail/Courier cheques (allow extra time for delivery delays)⁠
  • Mortgage Company⁠
  • In Person at the District Office⁠ in Tofino
    **Credit Cards are not accepted. ⁠

Have you applied for the Home Owner Grant?

If you qualify for the home owner grant, you must apply each year to receive it. Everyone now applies online or by phone directly to the province.

  • The online application is fast, easy and secure.⁠ ⁠
  • A reminder that property taxes are due Tuesday, July 4, 2023.
  • Ensure payment is made before this date to avoid penalties. ⁠ ⁠
  • Apply for the Home Owner Grant
