The District of Tofino would like to remind residents that all Regular Council Meetings and Committee of the Whole meetings are open to the public. However, during renovations on the Clayoquot Sound Theatre, overflow capacity is unavailable, so seating in the Council Chambers is limited.

Seating in the Council Chambers is allotted on a first-come, first-served basis. Doors to the Council Chambers open to the public at 04:15 PM on meeting days. Meetings begin promptly at 04:30 PM.

For those unable to attend in person, virtual participation is encouraged. The public is encouraged to watch and engage in meetings via Zoom. Attendees can watch passively or participate in the Question and Comment period provided at each meeting.
