The Tofino Free Shuttle returns from June 27 – September 1, 2025, operating daily between 9 AM & 10:45 PM. The bus will offer service between Long Beach, including service to the communities of Ty-Histanis & Esowista, the Tofino Visitor Centre, and downtown Tofino.

Important Information

• Pets are not allowed unless they are service animals
• The bus is wheelchair accessible
• Surfboards are welcome, subject to space
• The bus is not equipped with bike racks

Leave your car at home and take advantage of the Tofino Free Shuttle. It’s a fantastic way to travel to and from Tofino without the stress of parking and traffic, making your trips more enjoyable and eco-friendly.

The Tofino Free Shuttle has operated since 2009 and has been free of charge since 2014. Funded primarily by the Resort Municipality Initiative (RMI), it operates in partnership with Tourism Tofino, with support from the Tla-o-qui-aht First Nation and Parks Canada.
