Both planned and active work will be listed to support advanced awareness and day-to-day planning.
Power outages are not listed on this page, as BC Hydro communicates current outage information through its outage map. Additionally, day-to-day provincial highway conditions are typically provided by DriveBC. However, prolonged or coordinated Highway 4 construction projects that may affect the community will be included here for awareness.

As part of the Olsen Road Stormwater Improvements project, contractors will pave Olsen Road on Wednesday, October 15, 2026, from 8 AM to 4 PM. Residents are asked to park on their property or at an alternative location during this time.
