Yin Yoga
Awaken Spring Yin Yoga is a slow-paced, restorative practice designed to support the transition into spring. Through long-held, gentle postures and mindful breathing, participants are encouraged to slow down, release tension, and create space in both body and mind.
About the Instructor
Dawn Batenchuk is a 500-hour E-RYT yoga teacher with more than 20 years of experience teaching across the West Coast in studios, outdoors, and from her home. She sequences her classes with care and infuses them with wisdom, guiding students on a path of self-discovery, health, and deeper connection with themselves and the world around them.
