Municipal Election 2026: Declaration of Election by Voting / Acclamation

As of 4:00 PM Monday, September 21, 2026, I, Jaime Larsen, Chief Election Officer for the District of Tofino, do hereby declare, pursuant to section 98 of the Local Government Act, that an election by voting is to be held on October 17, 2026, for the following office:
Office of Mayor – one to be elected.
The candidates for the office of Mayor are:
