Upcycle & Unwind

The District of Tofino invites community members to get creative this fall with Upcycle & Unwind, a series of relaxed, hands-on workshops led by local instructor Leah Austin.

Participants will explore fun and creative ways to transform recycled and reclaimed materials into something uniquely their own. Whether trying something new or looking for a relaxing afternoon of creativity, these workshops offer a chance to slow down, learn new skills and enjoy making something by hand.

All materials are provided, and no previous experience is needed.

Workshop Schedule

Workshops take place on Sundays from 1 PM to 3 PM at the Tofino Community Hall.

• October 18: Gelli Plate Prints & Stamp Making
• November 1: Yarn “Painting”
• November 22: Activity To Be Announced
• December 6: Gifts for Yourself & Others

Registration & Fees

• Full Series (5 Sessions): $80 + GST
• Drop-In: $25 per session
