The Winter Warm Up Series is a grounding, Hatha-inspired yoga program designed to support overall health and well-being through the winter months. This steady, accessible practice focuses on mindful movement, intentional breathwork, and body awareness to help participants build strength, improve mobility, and cultivate balance in both body and mind.
