The District of Tofino does not endorse, approve, certify or control external Internet sites this site may link to and does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness or correctness of any information contained on those sites.

APPLICABLE LAW

These Terms of Use shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the Federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. You expressly agree that any claim or action arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use shall be filed only in the courts of the Province of British Columbia, if applicable, and you further agree and submit to the exercise of personal jurisdictions of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such claim or action.

TERMINATION

Notwithstanding any of these Terms of Use, the District of Tofino reserves the right, without notice and in its sole discretion, to terminate your license to use our websites, and to block or prevent future access to and use of our websites.

SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms of Use shall be deemed unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms of Use and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
