The District of Tofino is excited to share that the 2025 Fall Recreation Guide is now available. Registration for programs will happen on Thursday, September 4, 2025.

Following the August 12, 2025, Regular Council meeting, there is now 4.61 m3/day available for residential developments.

The District of Tofino is pleased to announce that the Wickaninnish Community School Sports Field upgrades are complete.

The larger North Chesterman Parking Lot will be closed on Monday, August 25, from 7:30 to 10 AM and Tuesday, August 26, from 6:30 AM to 3 PM to complete drainage improvements.

The resurfacing of the Village Green Basketball Court is now complete. The courts are open and ready for play.

Tla-o-qui-aht First Nation, the District of Tofino, Tourism Tofino, and the Tofino Chamber of Commerce have signed a Memorandum of Understanding regarding collaboration, coordinated action, and shared stewardship efforts in Tla-o-qui-aht territory.
