How to Rent the Tofino Community Hall
Before submitting your Facility Rental Agreement, you must:
- Review the Community Hall Use Policy: Ensure your event meets the guidelines.
- Contact the District of Tofino: Confirm availability of your desired date and ensure the facility meets your needs.
- Submit a Facility Rental Agreement: Once confirmed, submit your agreement to secure the booking.

Sensory Kits Available
The District of Tofino now offers Sensory Kits for public use at the Tofino Community Hall, supporting a more inclusive and welcoming environment for all visitors. These kits are designed to assist individuals who may experience sensory sensitivities and include a variety of calming and supportive items to help reduce sensory overload during events, programs, or casual visits.
Sensory Kits are available to borrow at no cost during Community Hall operating hours and can be requested from on-site staff.
This initiative reflects the District’s ongoing commitment to accessibility, inclusion, and community well-being.
