News & Announcements
The Alberni-Clayoquot Regional District (ACRD), the District of Ucluelet, and the District of Tofino will be even more prepared for an emergency after receiving a $65,115 grant from the Province of BC to bolster its regional readiness.

n order to meet growing demand in Tofino, BC Hydro needs to upgrade the power line into town from the Long Beach substation. As part of the upgrade, BC Hydro will be installing underground infrastructure near the Highway 4 junction.
