The District of Tofino is calling on all residents and businesses to significantly reduce water consumption during the hours of 7AM – 3PM on Thursday, June 8, 2023.
By relaunching the successful “20% Challenge”, the District is hoping to minimize the impacts of low water flows during increasingly hot,
and dry summers.
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the Local Government Act and regulations
contained in the “District of Tofino Development Approval Procedures Bylaw No. 1301, 2021”, that a Public Hearing will be held on Tuesday, June 13, 2023 at 5:00pm at the Council Chambers in the Tofino Municipal Hall at 380 Campbell Street.
