Postal Services Disruption

Please be advised that Canada Post is currently experiencing a labour dispute that may disrupt regular mail services. As a result, residents and businesses may experience delays in receiving mail from the District. The District may also experience delays in receiving mail from the public.
Anyone who has mailed the District in the past two weeks is asked to contact the office to confirm if their mail has arrived. Please call 250-725-3229 or email office@tofino.ca.
If you need to send mail to the District, you may use the 24-hour Drop Off Box at the Municipal Office.
For anyone who was looking to make a payment by mail, please consider using the secure online payment portal at www.tofino.ca/pay or visit the Municipal Office to pay in person.
Municipal Office Hours & Location
- Monday to Friday: 9 AM – 12 PM & 1PM – 4 PM
- Office Closure: The office will be closed for National Day for Truth & Reconciliation on Tuesday, September 30, 2025.
