Water Shut Off: Arnet Road & Surrounding Area – November 30, 2023

Notice to all residents & businesses located west of First Street along Arnet Road, Tonquin Park Road, Leighton Way and surrounding streets; there will be a planned water shutdown on Thursday, November 30, 2023.
The shutdown will begin at 9:00 AM and end no later than 6:00 PM.
The contractor will keep residents & businesses in active water service for as long as possible and will immediately reinstate water services after work is completed.
This is the second water shutdown required to facilitate new pipe installation which crosses an existing water main for the new Tofino Wastewater Treatment Plant, Conveyance and Outfall system.
District staff will be directly reaching out to all residents impacted by the shut-off in the coming days.
