The District of Tofino invites residents to provide feedback on three proposed mural designs for the Village Green sports courts.

In 2023 and 2024, the District upgraded the sports courts at the Village Green. During this work, staff identified the large concrete walls surrounding the basketball, pickleball, and tennis courts as opportunities for a permanent mural that reflects the community, ecology, and culture of Tofino.

Three artists have created proposed designs. The Public Art Advisory Committee is now seeking community feedback on these designs and will review the input to share with the artists to help shape the final concept design.

The final mural design will be installed in the spring or summer of 2026.
