The District of Tofino will be upgrading a section of the Multi-Use Path between 830 and 960 Campbell Street from late March to mid-May.

These improvements will enhance safety, accessibility, and overall user experience by replacing deteriorated pavement and widening the path to meet current standards.

This project is fully funded by the Resort Municipality Initiative (RMI).

Important Details

• Daily MUP Closure: Weekdays from 7 AM to 5 PM within the work area. Detours are available for cyclists & pedestrians. The path will reopen daily at 5 PM, though surfaces may consist of loose gravel.
• Traffic Impacts: Single-lane alternating traffic on Campbell Street during work periods, with delays expected to be less than 5 minutes.
