Situated in the traditional territory of the Tla-o-qui-aht First Nation where an enriching relationship exists between our community members and the natural environment, Tofino promotes healthy civic engagement supporting a creative and resilient community of varied ages that is socially, environmentally and economically diverse.
2025-2029 Financial Plan
The District of Tofino has begun the 2025-2029 Financial Plan process, and residents are invited to get involved and engage.
2025 Business Licence Renewals
The District of Tofino is now accepting business licence renewals for 2025. Renewals are due by February 28, 2025.
2024: Year-In-Review
The District of Tofino looks back on 2024 as a year of progress, community milestones, and accomplishments.
Source Control Bylaw
The District is currently developing a Source Control Regulation Bylaw and are asking for feedback from residents & businesses.

Please be aware of an emergency watermain repair scheduled for Wednesday, September 11, 2024, on Arnet Road near Centennial Park. The repair will require a shutdown of water service to properties in the affected area.
