Locations: MUP between Hotel Zed (1258 Pacific Rim HWY) to 1298 Pacific Rim HWY

Construction on a section of the MUP damaged by roots will begin on Monday, June 6, 2022. The upgrades are anticipated to be complete within a 3-week period.

The work involves the widening and resurfacing of approximately 400 lineal metres of MUP. Root guards will be installed to prevent further damage. The end result will be a smoother, wider and safer MUP between 1258 Pacific Rim Highway (“Hotel Zed”) and 1298 Pacific Rim Highway.

Property owners may be contacted directly to discuss issues specific to their property access and/or highway frontage. Please exercise caution and obey signage when navigating through or around the work area.

Expect delays 7 AM-5PM (Monday-Friday) while this work is completed.
