Public Hearing

Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing pursuant to Section 464 of the Local Government Act will be held via Zoom on Tuesday, April 26, 2022 at 5:00 p.m. to hear and review representations from members of the public who deem their interest in property affected by the following bylaws:

"District of Tofino Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 1286, 2020 (Secondary Suites)"

Review the Bylaws: The Bylaw and further information may be inspected tofino.ca/development or at the Tofino Municipal Office at 121 Third St. Tofino, B.C., during regular business hours (9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.) between Monday, April 13, 2022 and Monday April 25, 2022 except weekends and statutory holidays.

This Public Hearing will be conducted virtually. All persons who deem their interest in property affected by the proposed bylaw will be given an opportunity to be heard on matters contained in the bylaw via Zoom, or by submitting written comments. For more information about how to participate via Zoom visit tofino.ca/meetings.

Submitting Comments: Written submissions may be mailed to the District of Tofino, P.O. Box 9, Tofino, B.C. V0R 2Z0, or emailed to Aaron Rodgers.

Submissions may only be considered if received prior to the close of the Public Hearing.
